Please prepare to arrive between 2 and 3pm in order to check in and have adequate time to prepare your campsite prior to our kickoff meeting which will be at 5pm.

Please prepare to arrive by 10am in the main lodge. Please come a little early to unload your vehicles- we will have time to set up tents, unpack, etc. after our 10am meeting.
Weekly Events

Before 10:00am YCLs arrive with camp directors10:00am Opening meeting for YCLs, camp directors, and stake staff in lodge
Lunch provided for stake helpers asked to arrive early, YCLs, and ward camp directors. Any others who come up before 3 will need to bring a sack lunch.
Prepare for camp, complete planning and pass off certification lesson plans, eat sack lunches from home, unpack
3:00pm Camper Check-in, Treasure Hunt, Opening Activity, Choose Where You Stand game, Ward Shoe Devotional by Ward Leader in campsite (Return to Main Page of Posts for list of Ward "Shoes")
Menu: Meat & Cheese Lasagna, Bean Lasagna, Garlic Bread, Salad, Dressing, Dessert
Wednesday

**Food will be provided by the stake, but some of the meals will be eaten in campsites. Wards do not need to bring food for meals. If the girls or leaders would like to bring snacks, they can bring their own, however we ask that they are stored in coolers or other appropriate camping storage.
